Azoty is the chemical corporation with the 4 main plant with annual revenue about 2,5 billion dollars. They mainly produce fertilizers and plastics. I am employed in five technological projects.
Drone over the fields
We bought modern drone who fly over the fields in makes photos. Aim of the project is to analyzing level of plant nutrition by the fertilizers (mainly Nitrogen and Phosphorus).
My task in this project is to develop Machine Learning method of identification level of plant nutrition. At the beginning of the project we try to identify nutrition by the photo but I changed approach and now we based on wavelength range matrix.
Replace empirical research
Plant produces the chemical substance. Substance has to meet rigoristic requirements of quality. Verification of these requirements is make by laboratory. It is costly and laborious process. I described this research here. Github

Control cards in great chemical synthesis
I build system of control charts based on Wonderware Historian monitoring system. System provide thousands of time series, but we have no specialized tools to interpret of processes flow. Control cards invented by Walter A. Shewhart at the beginning of XX seems to be perfect solution. I wanted to create system in MiniTab, now I build it in Python environment. I made couple short movies about it.

Tableau dashboard
I engaged in project of Tableau dashboard. It contains most detailed data about production and sales. My role in this project is to implement there forecasting models in Python environment.
This models can be operated in Tableau. I am also create graphical plots and complex graphic presentations in Tableau.
